Using the AI assistant

The assistant is the ✦ button in the bottom-right of every page. Open it and ask in plain language.

It can look things up

Your organizations, your token balance, recent account activity, and how to get things done.

It can take actions — with your confirmation

Ask it to add a website, create a chatbot, buy tokens, or invite a teammate. It shows you exactly what it's about to do and a Confirm button. Nothing happens until you click it.

It hands off to a person

If it can't help or you ask for a human, it flags a specialist who follows up in the assistant and by email.
