Welcome — how the platform works

Everything lives in your dashboard. Depending on your account, you'll have some of these products:

• Core — your account: organizations, team, tokens & billing, and branding.
• Audit — track your websites and run audits on them.
• Chatbots — build chatbots for your own website.
• Some accounts also have Video, Content, Newsletters, Websites, Recruiting, or Leads.

Move between products using the switcher at the top-left of the sidebar.

The fastest way to get help

Tap the ✦ assistant in the bottom-right corner of any page. It can answer questions, look things up in your account, and even do things for you (like adding a website) — always asking you to confirm first. If it can't help, it passes you to a person.
